GENERAL ACCOUNTING PRACTICES FOR MDPCCP
Preschool and Elementary Parents: Please make checks payable to “Memorial Drive Presbyterian CCP” and attach to the tuition slip provided monthly. All Day Parents: Please place your check in the tuition box every Monday. If paying by cash, please come to the office. There will be no reduction in rates when a federal or religious holiday occurs in the week or should we have to close due to severe weather conditions/unusual acts of nature or if a child is sick. If a child is absent, full tuition payment is due the first day the child returns to school.
LATE PICK-UP FEES
A late pick-up fee of$15.00 is charged for every 15 minutes or fraction thereof. Late fee begins 10 minutes past dismissal for the Preschool Program. Late fees for the All-Day Program start promptly at 6 pm. If a child is not picked up, our childcare licensing procedure requires us to notify the DeKalb Co. Police or Bright From the Start.
The school charges $25.00 for each check returned. After a second returned check, payment will need to be by cash/money order. You will need to use your canceled check as receipt. Cash payments are to be made to the office only in order to provide a receipt and we take no responsibility for lost payment. Any past due balance will be referred to our Board for action on the 1st of each month.
The 10% discount for more than one child enrolled applies to tuition only and the discount applies to the lesser fee only.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
The school requires 30 days notice before a child is withdrawn from any program, or full tuition is required.
